Shade Prime is the the Primed version of the stealth 
Shade Sentinel, featuring enhanced Health, Shield, and Armor, additional 
and 
polarities, and comes with the enhanced 
Burst Laser Prime. Shade Prime was released alongside 
Hildryn Prime and 
Larkspur Prime.
Acquisition
Note that acquiring Shade Prime requires two open Companion slots: one for Shade Prime itself and one for the Burst Laser Prime robotic weapon it comes with.
