Wave Man is one of the eight Robot Masters and bosses of Mega Man 5. He also appears in Mega Man: Fully Charged. He does not have a Netnavi counterpart in Mega Man Battle Network.
He is voiced by Samuel Vincent in Mega Man: Fully Charged.
Appearance
Wave Man is a blue robot with a yellow X on his body where there is a metal hose connected to his mouth. Wave Man has a yellow emblem on his blue head. Wave Man's left hand is a cannon that can shoot water while in his right hand is a harpoon.
Biography
Mega Man 5
Wave Man was created by the Dr. Wily to invade the water quality administration and take control on it. In battle, Wave Man can create a water pillar from the floor where Mega Man is in, firing a harpoon and jump towards Mega Man, his weakness is the Charge Kick, after his defeat, Mega Man obtain the Water Wave. Wave Man returns on the boss rush where he's defeated again.

Wave Man makes a cameo as CD data in Mega Man & Bass.

In "Please Rush Home," Wave Man first appears to be flooding Silicon City to clean it up and to look for his lost pet alligator. Mega Man gains his schematics and defeats him, and he is then arrested. Later on in "Opposites Attract," he is shown to work alongside Fire Man to evaporate all the water from the city, but Mega Man and Suna stop them from doing so.
