Frost Man is a Robot Master and an antagonist in Mega Man 8, where he appears as the boss of the Alaska stage, having been sent there.
Biography
Mega Man 8
Frost Man was constructed from leftover parts from Clown Man's remodeling. Given the serial number DWN-062, he is the biggest of the Robot Masters in Mega Man 8. His Special Weapon, the Ice Wave, has him generate fast-moving waves of cold temperature, allowing him to freeze his opponents.
Since he is rather stupid, Frost Man sometimes fails to make clever strategies. He likes sorbet and rock candy. Frost Man also seems to be somewhat cannibalistic when powered with Evil Energy, threatening to turn Mega Man into a Kakigōri and eat him (despite the fact that Mega Man has a gun in his arm, meaning he's a robot and therefore not a real human).
During his fight in Mega Man 8, Frost Man can generate Ice Waves to strike from a distance and pounce Mega Man. His weakness, the Flash Bomb, can blind him, stunning him for four seconds. His defeat allows Mega Man to use the Ice Wave.

- Frost Man is one of three Robot Masters from Mega Man 8 to react if they hit Mega Man with a certain attack, the others being Tengu Man and Clown Man, with the Tornado Hold and Thunder Claw, respectively. However, in his case, Frost Man just spouts threats rather than true trash talk.
