Ring Man is one of the eight Robot Masters and a minor antagonist from Mega Man 4. He was created by Dr. Cossack to defeat Mega Man.

Mega Man 4
In battle, Ring Man will throw his Ring Boomerang towards Mega Man to damage him, he will walk towards him to damage him and then throw his Ring Boomerang again, his weakness is the Pharaoh Shoot. When Ring Man was defeated, Mega Man obtain the Ring Boomerang. Ring Man reappears in the boss rush where he's defeated again.
