Sergeant Havoc is the secondary antagonist of Rambo: The Force of Freedom. He is the second in command of S.A.V.A.G.E., a terrorist organization whose goal is to rule the world.
He is voiced by Peter Cullen.
Overview
Sergeant Havoc worked as a drill sergeant for the free world until he was court-martialed for espionage. With strength rivalling Rambo's, Havoc wishes to defeat Rambo for General Warhawk. However, Rambo always defeats Havoc in any battle, much to General Warhawk's chronic chagrin.
