Ray Machowski is a major character of 3D Universe Grand Theft Auto Games. Serving as a major character in Grand Theft Auto III and a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories.
He is a corrupt Polish-American policeman whose work is focused on being affiliated with other gangs or criminal mafias so that they achieve a goal in exchange for money. This was evidenced when Asuka paid him to do a wonderful job on an unknown date. In 1998, Ray Machowski would be Leon McAffrey's partner who would accompany Toni Cipriani on two occasions, In 2001, thanks to Asuka's recommendation, Claude would work for him, eliminating several snitches and helping his associates such as Donald Love or Phil Cassidy.
He was played by the late Robert Loggia in Grand Theft Auto III and Peter Appel in Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories.

Crazy '69'
Ray is Leon's partner but both have a discrepancy because Ray is a policeman who follows the laws to the letter, Toni interrupts them and Ray points his gun at him where Leon reassures him that he is a new associate, then of this Leon tells Ray that he better go make reports while he talks with Toni about a new job.

Payday for Ray
Claude receives the money from Asuka and goes to various public telephones with instructions that Ray gives him until he arrives at a public bathroom where he gives him the money and he tells him to spend more time since he has a job for Claude.
Silence the Sneak
Claude goes to the public square for the second time, where Ray instructs him to kill Leon McAffrey for testifying against Ray.
Arms Shortage
Claude goes to the public square for the third time, where Ray wants Claude to protect Phil Cassidy and his arms business.
Evidence Dash
Claude goes to the public square for the fourth time, where Ray employs Claude to destroy evidence incriminating Donald Love at a morgue party
Gone Fishing
Claude goes to the public square for the fifth time, where Ray tells him to assassinate his new partner on a fishing trip.
Plaster Blaster
Claude goes to the public square for the sixth time, where Ray angrily tells him that Leon McAffrey survived. Claude successfully kills McAffrey.
Marked Man
Claude goes to the public bathroom for the last time, where Ray the CIA is investigating him and he needs to flee the city. Claude drives him to the airport, and Ray gives access to his lockup, which contains an assortment of heavy weapons, some money and a bulletproof patriot. Ray presumably fled to Miami.
