Poor Tom is a minor antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: JoJolion. He is a doctor working at TG University Hospital specializing in infertility treatment., as well as a Rock Human working for the Locacaca Organization. He wields the Stand known as Ozon Baby.
Appearance
Poor Tom is a short, elderly man that resembles a child at a glance. He primarily wears shorts and sandals when off duty, and has drawn art covering his body like a tie with his name on it, and a "Coda" pin, referencing the Led Zeppelin album.
Biography
Poor tom was born as a Rock Human, possibly in 1954 going by his self proclaimed age of 57. At some point he integrated into society and secured a job at TG University Hospital as a Obstetrician, at the same time he joined the Locacaca Organization.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: JoJolion
In 2011, Poor Tom met with Jobin Higashikata, an associate of the Locacaca organization in a parking lot with the intention of handling their enemies. Poor tom instructed Jobin to bury his Stand Ozon Baby in his families orchard to seal off the place while they look for their Locacaca branch. Though in reality this was a trick and his Stand activation was intended to kill everyone within range of the Higashikata estate so he could secure the branch for himself. Elsewhere while in the middle of being intimate with a woman he met at the parking lot, he is called by Jobin to tell him he intends to let the Locacaca branch burn by lighting the estate on fire causing the Rock Human to rush to the scene.
Poor tom eventually reaches the Higashikata estate and does battle with Josuke and Rai Mamezuku, using Ozon Baby to reduce the air pressure and kill both of them. While incapacitating Rai, he obtains the Locacaca branch though Josuke forces Poor Tom into ingesting poison seeds, leading to him to deactivate Ozon Baby and flee with the branch. While running he spots an ambulance carrying his allies Toru and Wu Tomoki and attempts to give them the branch, however they decide he has outlived his usefulness as Toru uses his StandStand ability to kill Poor tom while Wu retrieve the branch.
Powers and Abilities
Poor Tom's Stand Ozon Baby takes the form of a LEGO White House and can seal off an entire area once its buried underground. Once buried, the ability will activate and anything within range will be affected by an intense and indiscriminate depressurization. Additionally Ozon Baby will manifest an illusion to its victims that takes the form of a semi humanoid figure with a bag like head and a set of wheels for legs.
