How did you know they call me Nukesaku?
~ Nukesaku to Jotaro Kujo.

"Nukesaku" is a minor antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.

He is a vampiric henchman of Dio Brando that disguises himself as a woman as an attempt to attack the Joestar Group when they infiltrated deep into DIO's mansion. Having no Stand, he is used as an easy punching bag and unwilling guide in the mansion.

He was voiced by Toru Nara (who also voiced Thunder McQueen in the same series) in Japanese and Arnie Pantoja (who also voiced Reno in the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy and Kan in Re:Zero) in English.

Biography

Background

In order to achieve heaven, DIO did a series of experiments related to vampires and zombies, to see if a Vampire or Zombie could possess several souls in the same body. Ultimately, his experiments ended up with failure, instead he created Nukesaku, a vampire with the design of having a woman's face affixed to the back of his head.

Due to his weakness and his lack of a Stand, Nukesaku is disliked by his allies, with Kenny G. even threatening to kill the vampire if he gets in the others' way.

Sometime after DIO gained his stand, Nukesaku tested DIO's power with a shotgun. Firing at his master, he was one of the first to discover his ability to stop time.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Nukesaku didn't fight fought the Joestar Group until the defeat of Dio's remaining servants under their request, having chastised by Terence T. D'Arby, Kenny G., and Vanilla Ice shortly before setting out to defeat the Stardust Crusaders. Hoping to gain the chance to prove his value, he has gone to eliminate Jotaro Kujo, Joseph Joestar, and Noriaki Kakyoin.

When Jotaro, Joseph and Kakyoin are rushing after DIO in his mansion, a woman appears begging for help. While the heroes calm her down saying they're her to save her, Jotaro punches her, revealing that it was actually Nukesaku using his secondary face. When Nukesaku asks how they found out, Kakyoin points that he didn't twist his hands accordingly to keep the facade. After being mocked by the heroes, he attempts to bite Jotaro, only to be punched out again and forced to take the heroes to DIO's room. He initially believes that Dio will use this opportunity to defeat the Joestars, but when he removes the lid of his master's coffin, he suddenly found himself inside the coffin, with his body parts being severed at multiple points, as a result of DIO using his stand, The World.
