Domitri is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Luca) of the 2023 anime movie SPY × FAMILY CODE: White. He's a dimwitted and supersticious Military Intelligence officer who works alongside his partner, Luca, as Snidel's right hand man, aiding him in his plan to reignite a conflict between Ostania and Westalis.
He is voiced by Tomoya Nakamura in Japanese, and by Phil Parsons in English.
Appearance
Domitri is a lanky-looking man with pale-black long hair. He wears circular-framed glasses. As a Military Intelligence soldier, he sports a soldier uniform with golden epaulettes and bags attached on his belt around his waist.
Personality
He is a bit cowardly and lazy like his partner. He has difficulty with even the smallest task given to him and usually messes up. He also seems to believe in zodiac sign interpretations and fortune telling, such as coffee grounds.
Biography
At the beginning of the movie, he and Luca board the Forger Family train to retrieve the microfilm that Snidel plans to deliver to the Republic of Albo. After a while, they go to the back of the train to get the microfilm, but the microfilm is not where it should be. As he begins to theorize about where he is going, they notice the shadows of Anya and Bond running away and chase after them. When they corner Anya, Anya calls Yor, Luca prepares his gun to shoot her, but before he can point the gun at her, Yor defeats him.
A day later, while soldiers are looking for Anya, they find her wandering alone with Bond. Bond attacks her to save Anya, but he manages to fend her off. They then take Anya with them and escape by car. When they arrive at Snidel's airship, they inform him of the situation. Thereupon, Snidel asks them to stand guard over Anya to get the microfilm back.
While they were about to disembowel Anya to get the microfilm back, they lost their balance and fell to the ground due to the shaking of the ship. Anya, resigned to the opportunity, immediately started to run away. After a short chase, Anya falls into their hands again. Then, on Snidel's orders, they imprison Anya in a basement in the control room to be dealt with later. While they go to the airship's waste system to find the microfilm, the disguised Loid overhears them, knocks them out where they stand, and continues on his way. (This also happens to be Domitri and Luca's last appearance in the movie)
Trivia
- Domitri and Luca were the first characters to be announced for the movie.
- Like the rest of the characters in the movie, Domitri was designed by Tatsuya Endo, the series' author.
