Bookkeeper is a minor antagonist in the LEGO Nexo Knights series. He is a short Lava Monster who used to serve as the Book of Monsters' bodyguard.
He was voiced by Alessandro Juliani.
Biography
Past
Bookkeeper was one of the Lava Monsters trapped inside the Book of Monsters by Merlok.
Nexo Knights
Bookkeeper was released by Jestro to carry the Book of Monsters instead of him, and had since done so for the duration of the war with the Nexo Knights. When the Book of Monsters initiated a ritual to regain his human form and become Monstrox once again, he eventually grew too big for the Bookkeeper to handle, and the monster was replaced by Burnzie. When Clay destroyed the Book, it caused an explosion that was presumed to have killed all Lava Monsters, but it was later revealed that at least some, including Bookkeeper, survived.
The Lava Monsters eventually settled in a town of their own, Burningham, where they started leaving peaceful lives, with Bookkeeper in particular becoming a glockenspiel player.
Trivia
- Bookkeeper doesn't talk in any episode other than "Hot Rock Massage". Monstrox was unaware that he was able to speak in the first place.
