Bibaboo is one of Space Empire Zangyack's Action Commanders.
He was voiced by Mitsuo Iwata.
Biography
Bibaboo is an effeminate fairy-themed Action Commander who is an old friend of Dyrandoh.
With his Biba Stick wand, Bibaboo is able to turn people into dolls with his Dollrunpa spell and reverse the process with Returunpa.
When the Gokaigers learn this, Luka pulls off a gambit to get the wand from Bibaboo and restore everyone to normal before they first use an all yellow warrior transformation, then use the Battle Fever Keys in conjunction with Gokai Silver's Gokai Christmas form to defeat Bibaboo before destroying him with Kanzen GokaiOh with the Gokai Kanzen Super Burst.

- He is the first Action Commander during Ackdos Gill's command of the invasion force.
- He is the only one to grow giant alongside a Dogormin duo instead of a Sugormin trio or by himself.
