Loto is an Ultra Warrior from Planet U40, where the inhabitants look like humans, but they are able to transform using an energy called the Ultra Mind.

One of the Great 8, the eight greatest warriors of U40 who can take on a giant size, Loto was one of the most respected warriors of his planet. During the Hellar Conflict, he and his brothers lead the charge against the exiled natives of U40.

Transformation
Loto's human form places his Beam Flasher on his forehead and transforms; along with Elek's human form, the transformation is just like Ultraman Joneus' transformation.

- Flight: Like all Ultras, Loto can fly.
- Size Change: Loto can change his size, he is one of the few on U40 who could.
- Teleportation: Loto can teleport anywhere within a reasonable distance, even in human form.
- Human Form: Loto has a natural human form of his own, to transform he uses a similar device as his brother, a star shaped medal and places it on his forehead.

- Lotolaria Ray : Loto can fire this beam from an L position from his arms, it is as powerful as the Planium Beam.

- Ultra Warriors Joint Barrier : A spherical barrier made with the energy of the Great 8. Used to sealed the power of the Ultra Mind stolen by the Bader Group.
