Trivia
- Before being released on television anywhere in the world, this episode was adapted in the Thomas & Friends Storytime podcast series.
- This is the only episode in the first series to be written by Susan Kim.
- This episode was originally set for release on US televisions on May 16, 2022, but was pushed back one day due to the premiere of new episodes for another Cartoonito show, Mecha Builders.
- Thomas' voice appears to be slightly deeper than normal in this episode. This is likely due to Meesha Contreras going through puberty when he recorded his lines for this episode.
Goofs
- In some scenes, the Troublesome Trucks are missing their buffers.
- In one scene at Vicarstown, Gordon's axle isn't bent.
- When Carly says "Last one," her mouth doesn't move.
- When Thomas and Diesel go down the hill to the Docks, the Troublesome Trucks incorrectly have eight wheels each.
- The crates in the green Troublesome Truck disappear when he remarks that they are almost at the Docks, but they reappear in the next scene of Thomas and Diesel with the Troublesome Trucks.
- On the RTÉ Player, the episode image was of the original series episode, Gordon Gets the Giggles, and the '2523a' was beside the episode title.
