Mondo (モンド) is an Forest Ogre working for Asora and the lead warrior of his race.

He is the master of Aqua and Eris. At some point, he become possessed by a lich named Larva.
Present
Mondo is introduced to Makoto and Mio when they arrive at the Forest Ogres' village. While spying on him, Mio discovers that he is possessed by a lich who reveals himself when he confronts another Ogre named Adono who was conspiring with the Demons.
Now free, Mondo and several Forest Ogre warriors are "trained" in Asora by Mio and Tomoe, with Mondo being the only one who sees the hellish experience as something positive. Thus, despite passing the training period, Mondo decides to continue with it, training under Tomoe personally along with Lime Latte.
During the Variant incident in Rotsgard, Mondo helps defend the city alongside Lime. One of the monsters Mondo turns into a tree becomes a focal point of the city afterwards.
Powers & Abilities
He is currently the most powerful Forest Ogre, possessing the greatest fighting ability among them. He is also the first of his race in centuries to be able to use the Tree Form spell that turn others into trees.
