Brody is one of the four protagonists in Top Wing. He is the cadet with the surface water role in the team. His signature color is green.

Brody is always ready to splash into action or cruise the waves. He's a laid-back puffin who can pilot anything that zooms over the water.
In true surfer-dude style, Brody never worries too much about making a plan— he's happy just winging it! The only thing that makes him happier than being on the beach or in the water is being wrapped in a group wing hug.
Physical Appearance
Brody is a young Atlantic puffin who, similar to Penny, has midnight-blue feathers with almost the entirety of his face, down to his neck and stomach, are colored in a bright white - the only difference is that his feathers are noticeably a slightly darker shade than Penny's. He sports three orange string-feathers on his forehead with a darker-colored gradient at the bottom, small and thin dark-colored eyebrows, light olive-green eyes and a large, marigold beak with an orange stripe behind the fire-orange tip on the upper front. Though it is usually covered by some kind of headwear and is rarely seen, he also has a feather-tuft on the back of his head. He is the second shortest out of the cadets - being shorter than Swift and Rod but a head taller than Penny.
In Season 1 and in the first half of Season 2, Brody's original attire consists of a green-striped knitted-beanie hat, a green T-shirt with slightly darker sleeves, a green watch on his right wing, white shorts with bright green stripes on the sides, and a pair of green sandals. He also wore a rope necklace with a white shell hanging as the pendant, and a wristband on his left wing which sports a similar design to his watch.
His Level 1 uniform consists of a green and white helmet with brighter green and black accents, as well as a microphone attached to it. He wears a green button-up shirt with the back of the long sleeves colored in a darker shade, followed by a silver pin adorning the right side of his shirt. He also wore white pants with thin green stripes on the sides, a black belt with a gray, wing-like buckle around his waist, and green boots with a single, brighter-colored strap on the front, followed by both brighter-colored toes and darker-colored soles. His watch is strapped in its usual place.
In the second half of Season 2, Brody changes to a two-toned green backwards cap with a patch of his badge sewn on the back. He wears a green flannel shirt with slightly brighter-colored trimming on the sleeves, worn over a white undershirt with a thick, dark green stripe around it. He also wore dark green shorts and sandals which are colored in a darker shade than the sandals from his previous attire. His watch is strapped in its usual place, and he also wore a different rope necklace which now possesses an off-white shell hanging as the pendant.
His Level 2 uniform is somewhat more detailed than his previous uniform; he wears a helmet similar to the previous helmet, only it's colored in a brighter shade of green. He now sports a detailed long-sleeved, two-toned green V-neck shirt with dark green and white details and his badge printed on his left sleeve, with a metallic green and silver pin with darker green details adorning the front. He also wore black skin-tight pants, a similar belt with a shimmering-silver design on it, and boots which has a very similar design to the previous pair. His watch is strapped in its usual place.
Personality
Brody has the personality of a surfer-dude, as he is laid-back, easygoing and fun-loving. He loves surfing on the waves and will take any chance he gets to practice his skills on the water.
Like the rest of Team Top Wing, he is friendly, big-hearted and helpful, as he is always looking forward to providing assistance towards islanders. His kind-hearted nature also makes him as somewhat of a role-model towards younger citizens, specifically Wally Beaver, his younger sister, and her best friend.
One thing that is known of him is that he has a tendency to use onomatopoeic words in his speech to described things (most notably "whoosh" and "splash"), and frequently uses slang terms to the point of creating his own, "akawsome".
Despite being laid-back, Brody is actually fairly competitive and confident when it comes to his skills, especially towards his surfer-friends T and Shelley. He also loves being the center of attention, as he seems to enjoy receiving praise and compliments when he shows off his tricks.
However, due to his love for surfing, there are times where Brody prefers spending time riding the waves rather than doing the work that he was assigned, thus leading him to becoming distracted and not take his duties seriously, as seen in A Turtlely Awesome Adventure and Brody's Purple Pearl Rescue. Regardless, he acknowledges his responsibility as a cadet and will take responsibility for his carelessness. An example of that is during the end of the latter episode, he apologize to Commodore Smurkturkski for neglecting his role.
Trivia
- He is the only cadet that wears sandals in his casual attire.
- He is also the only one who's feet actually looks like bird feet, since the rest of the cadets' feet sport a more hoof-like design.
- Brody is almost never seen not wearing his signature hats, and even during missions he wears them underneath his helmet. The episodes he's seen without a hat is Winging It, King of the Dodos, and Survivor Bear and the Secret of Ker-Splash Canyon (though it was only for a brief moment).
