Tobot Tetran

Tobot Tetran is a combiner Tobot with a nautical sea captain theme that appears in Season 2 Part 3 of Daedo's Heroes . It is a 4-stage combination of Tobot A, Twins, and Tobot W.

Moves

  • Anchor
Tetran generates an anchor and chain of green energy, either using the entire thing as a grappling hook or only using the anchor itself as a blunt weapon.
  • BackBreaker
Tetran raises the opponent above himself with both arms before slamming them by the back on his knee with full force.
  • Pulse
Tetran fires a beam of blue energy rings from his palms.
  • Dash
Tetran uses the wheels under his feet to dart around underwater.
  • Storm
Tetran generates a spiral using the wheels on his chest to blow away the enemy. This move is similar in execution to Tobot Titan's Hurricane Spin.
  • Pound
Tetran whales on the opponent with both forearms at the same time.
  • Flip Kick
Tetran does a reverse backflip to kick the opponent with both feet.

Toys

  • Tobot Tetran (2024)
Part of the final assortment of Daedo's Heroes Season 2 toys, Tobot Tetran is composed of a sky blue Tobot A, a red Tobot W, a green Tobot Hook, and a yellow Tobot Jab. A and W each form the legs and half the pelvis, while Hook and Jab each form an arm and half the torso. Tetran is shockingly well-articulated for a modern Tobot toy, especially combiners, with the nature of his foot design leading to a large footprint and stable base for multiple poses.
In the initial leak photos Hook and Jab's colors were swapped from what would be revealed in the animation, but later test samples showed the colors have been corrected for final release.

Notes

  • Tetran's name uses the same structure as Tobot Quatran, with the main difference being the word used in their names to signify "4".
    • Coincidentally, both Tobots are 4-bot combinations that involve Tobot W as a key component.
  • Tetran is the first combiner in the classic continuity to have a cockpit for pilots, a feature previously introduced with the Tobot V combiners.
