Hook is one of two Tobots that are part of Twins, along with Jab.
He is the older of the twin Tobots. It is said to have been activated 10 minutes before the Jab, and there seems to be quite a bit of pride in this. Compared to his younger brother, he has a more cautious and calm personality. He takes charge of the right half body when combined with Twin Punch.
According to Jab's comment, he usually says nonsense, and judging by the fact that he knows that Grandpa Train's amusement ride has a transformation function, he seems to be quite smart.
