Tony C. was the leader of the Harvesters and oversaw its operations throughout the United States. This gained him the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The Crew Calling All Units
Tony C. is first mentioned of by FBI Agent Zoe Winters when she tasks Police Officer Clara Washington with capturing the Harvesters member Paolo and interrogate him on Tony's whereabouts. Later, he is found in Los Angeles where he is arrested by Clara after a police pursuit.
