Raphael ｢智慧之王, rafaeru, lit. "Lord of Wisdom"｣ is one of Rimuru Tempest's Ultimate skills. It evolved from the Unique skill Wise One during Rimuru's Harvest Festival after countless attempts to evolve itself. It eventually succeeded after deciding to sacrifice the Unique skill Degenerate.
Abilities
Its essence is managing the laws of the world, specializing in support and the alteration of Skills.

- Raphael comes from the archangel Raphael. Raphael, while from Abrahamic faith, is a syncretised figure with Hermes, the Hellenic God of trade, commerce, and communication. In early records they can both be seen wielding Hermes' Caduceus staff.
