Koroku is the Chima Star in Suikoden III.

Background

Koruku is the leader of the five dogs and a member of the Fire Bringer. He is the only dog that is one of the 108 Stars of Destiny. He can see Jeane's true form, and they keep it a secret. He carries a stone on his bag. He is a watchdog in the Budehuc Castle, but he doesn't bark.

• Koroku's dog breed is a Shiba Inu. 
• Despite being largely thought of as a weak joke character, Koroku is unique in that he is the only Star in the game with his own theme song, appropriately titled Koroku's Theme on the Suikoden III original soundtrack. The theme plays whenever the player takes control of Koroku. The theme was considered popular enough to be arranged for the Rustling of the Wind album.
• The costume of Koroku is an unlockable costume in another Konami game, The Sword of Etheria on PlayStation 2.
