The Romulan Ambassador is a female Romulan who has been tasked with establishing diplomatic contacts between the Romulan Republic and the Klingon Empire & Federation. She can be found in Admiral Quinn's office on Earth Spacedock, in the Great Hall in the First City on Qo'noS, and on the promenade of Deep Space 9.

- “Surface Tension”: The Ambassador can be seen lying injured aboard Earth Spacedock when the station comes under attack by the Undine in early 2410.
