Commander Khiy is the Reman colonist commander of the I.R.W. Decimus. He operates under the command of Obisek.
Missions involved
- “Crossroads at Crateris”: Khiy sends a distress signal when the colony in the Crateris System is attacked by Romulans loyal to the Tal Shiar. When the player saves his ship, he urges the player to find Zden on the surface. He assures the player at the end of the mission, after Zden and Slamek were captured by the Elachi, that he will relay their message requesting the Remans to join D'Tan's movement to Obisek.
