Titanium was a hard metal often used as defensive plating on war engines.[1] When the pilot Kanan Jarrus kicked the industrialist cyborg Denetrius Vidian in the lower back it felt as though he had kicked a bag of titanium hammers.[2] To resist interdimensional shift stress, hyperdrive systems typically required a specific alloy of titanium and chromium.[3] The body of a BX-series droid commando was made from a titanium-reinforced steel.[4]
