Ogem was a planet in a remote section of the Western Reaches.
The junk dealer Unkar Plutt sometimes marketed his salvage to spacers from Ogem.[4] The occupants of Niima Outpost claimed that a scavenger, Miggs McKane, managed to slice into the datacore of a crashed Imperial Star Destroyer and found a complete order of battle. He then sold his find to an offworlder and used the profits to retire to Ogem.[5]
Behind the scenes
Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary originally placed Ogem near the desert planet Jakku,[2] which is at grid square I-13.[1]
