The solar forge is a protoss structure. It is only available to Karax in Co-op Missions and automatically appears near his nexus at the start of each mission.[1]

Game Unit

The solar forge links to the Spear of Adun in orbit, and researches various upgrades that enhance its abilities. If it is destroyed, it can be rebuilt, taking 120 seconds.[1]
