Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor best known for voicing Yakko Warner, Pinky, and Dr. Scratchansniff in Animaniacs as well as the spin-off series Pinky and the Brain, Mark Chang in The Fairly OddParents, Jack Fenton, Box Ghost, and Technus in Danny Phantom, Carl and Doppy in Jimmy Neutron and Planet Sheen, Gordon in Catscratch, Peck in Back at the Barnyard, both Raphael and Donatello in two respective incarnations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Spike, Chomper, Strut, Rinkus and Thud in The Land Before Time Series, Bird Brain in T.U.F.F. Puppy, Banzai in Timon and Pumbaa, Broocoli Overlord in The High Fructose of Annoying Orange, and Chief The Fox and the Hound 2.
His voice roles in SpongeBob SquarePants are one of the talking seagulls in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water and one of the Glove World! officers in "Escape from Beneath Glove World."
