Ethan Slater (born June 2, 1992; age 32) is an American actor, singer, writer, and composer who played the title character in the SpongeBob SquarePants Broadway musical, for which he received a Tony Award nomination for the Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical category.
Early life and education
Slater grew up in Washington, D.C., and attended Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School and Georgetown Day School. He attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
