Gale, also known as Incidental 104 is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description
She is colored light violet and has blonde hair, lavender fins, and pink lips. She wears a white pearl necklace around her neck, a pink hairband, and a light pink dress with a pink skirt. In her older appearances, her pearl necklace had a black outline instead of the default pearl blue outline, as well as her lips having a black outline instead of the default hot pink outline.
Names
Gale is the only name Incidental 104 has been given in the franchise outside of SpongeBob Simulator. It is used for her in "Séance Shméance."

- In "New Student Starfish," an unidentified group of at most six from the Good Noodle Board of Mrs. Puff's class containing Incidentals 7, 11, 18, 37B, 73, 104, 107, and 108 may be named Lloyd, Sheila, Paco, Debbie, Horace, and/or Rich; ambiguity is raised by a student not appearing in "New Student Starfish" being named Horace in Class Confusion.
- In "Oral Report," an unidentified group of eight from a sheet containing the names of students in the class at Mrs. Puff's Boating School containing Incidentals 37A, 41, 45, 47, 103, 104, and 107 are named Dave, Monica, Tim, Marcelo, Maureen, Ted, Brad, and Janice.
Role in series
Gale is a commonly used incidental character who has a couple major/speaking roles as well as many cameo roles. She makes her biggest role yet in the episode "Tunnel of Glove" along with Incidental 7. She was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival.

She is part of the crowd of fish who were cornered at the Valentine's Day Carnival pier by Patrick's tantrum.

She appears as a teenage customer at the Kuddly Krab, dancing with Incidental 69.
"Bubble Buddy"
She is seen at Goo Lagoon dancing with other beach goers until SpongeBob arrives with Bubble Buddy and tells him to "shake his bubble butt." She and the beach goer then assume that he was referring to them, which causes them to all blush and cover their behinds in shame while walking away.
"Prehibernation Week" / Tales from Bikini Bottom
She tells Sandy to think about her children when she tries to look for SpongeBob.
"Christmas Who?"
She appears with Incidental 49 as her mother when all of the citizens of Bikini Bottom become disappointed about Santa Claus not arriving.

She appears as a student in SpongeBob and Patrick's class in Mrs. Puff's Boating School where she laughs with the other students when Patrick says his name is 24.

She appears when she wants to go to a wishing well with her boyfriend, Incidental 40, to throw a coin into it. This does not work though, since Mr. Krabs does not like that there is money in the wishing well. Mr. Krabs asks them what a wishing well is and they tell him.

She comments that Judy has her baby's wig.
"Driven to Tears"
She faints with Incidental 48 and Incidental 49 when Patrick wins a boatmobile.
"Best Day Ever"
She is seen murmuring when SpongeBob refuses to let the show end.
"Night Light"
She appears as a cashier at the Barg'N-Mart, where SpongeBob asks her if the night light he is purchasing will keep monsters in the dark away. She asks SpongeBob that if she tells him "yes" will he leave her be. SpongeBob then purchases several other night lights from her while she just stands beside the register.
"The Krusty Plate"
She is seen exiting the Krusty Krab with Incidental 41 at the beginning of the episode and Mr. Krabs calls them "deadbeats" from behind their backs.
"Picture Day"
The balding guy takes her picture before Mrs. Puff has him take SpongeBob's picture.
"Penny Foolish"
She scans and bags Mr. Krabs' groceries at Discount Grocery Mart.

He is seen as one of the students from Mrs. Puff's Boating School attending the field trip to the Bikini Bottom Museum of Boating.

She appears as one of Buxton's servants during "Give Jellyfish Fields a Chance." She later appears as part of the Shelly Superhighway parade as the crowned Fwy Queen.

She stares at Mr. Krabs when he raises Gary the Snail.

She acknowledges SpongeBob's screaming from the freezer when he finds out that they are out of Krabby Patties while she is eating at the Krusty Krab.
"Tunnel of Glove"
Her biggest role yet. She is one of Pearl's friends at Glove World! along with Incidental 7 where they constantly tease Pearl about SpongeBob being her boyfriend. The two of them ride the Tunnel of Glove right before SpongeBob and Pearl get on and managed to hardly escape after if breaks down. She later appears near the end of the episode when the ride explodes once again teasing Pearl about being SpongeBob's boyfriend. A crawly clown suddenly appears from under the rubble of the ride and starts crawling towards her, SpongeBob, and Incidental 7. The two girls grab SpongeBob in fear and Pearl takes a photo of them grabbing SpongeBob and then teases them of liking SpongeBob.
"The Hot Shot"
She is one of the student at Mrs. Puff's Boating School that cheer for the arrival of Tony Fast Sr. and Tony Fast Jr.. SpongeBob also thanks her after believing that the warm welcome that was meant for Tony Fast Sr. and Tony Fast Jr. was for him. She later watches Tony Jr. drive himself and teach SpongeBob how to drive.
"Oral Report"
She appears as one of the students in Mrs. Puff's Boating School watching SpongeBob struggle to give his oral report, and SpongeBob then sees her underwear through the underwear goggles.
"The Way of the Sponge"
She appears with Incidental 40 at the Krusty Krab when he complains to SpongeBob about having an empty plate and SpongeBob realized that he forgot their fries. He later on gives the two of them their fries.

She is one of the fish in the roller coaster that crashes into SpongeBob's house at the beginning of the episode.

She turns her head around 180 degrees when she hears Plankton yell out "Free Money!"

She appears driving a vacuum cleaner with Incidental 41 when it falls down from the great pacific garbage patch. She later appears when the citizens of Bikini Bottom begin to believe that they have upset King Neptune, so Harold attempts to sacrifice her. But when she sees a tower of trash from the great pacific garbage patch landing towards Bikini Bottom, she uses her strength to escape Harold and leads the citizens of Bikini Bottom up to the tower heading towards the garbage patch which eventually leads them to SpongeBob and Old Man Jenkins.
