Location
Encino is the neighborhood in which Patchy the Pirate, Potty the Parrot, and Mrs. Johnson live in, as their hometown. It is in a suburban area of the city of Los Angeles. If they exist, the old man, woman, and her baby from the song "Back in Encino" also live there. Most of the Patchy segments in the specials take place here. Encino was known to have a huge traffic problem on US 101 in the "Atlantis SquarePantis" special, much like the real-life traffic in LA in which roads and highways in the area get congested during rush hour.
