Lao (ラオ) is a character introduced in Fatal Fury: First Contact.
Story
Lao is an ordinary street brawler who roamed South Town. In Real Bout Fatal Fury 2, he fought both Rick Strowd and Li Xiangfei and lost. He is playable in Fatal Fury: First Contact by pressing the B button on Alfred for more than 2 seconds.
In the first opening movie of Garou: Mark of the Wolves, he is seen beaten by Terry Bogard.
After losing those fights, Lao joins B. Jenet's Lillien Knights.
Personality
Not much is seen of Lao's personality. All that is known about him is that he does not talk too much and that he keeps on losing against stronger fighters than him.
Fighting Style
Lao fights with Street Fighting. He also has the ability to summon spirits, as seen in his special moves in First Contact.
