The Bystander also known as Piss Man, and Man Who Just Stands There is a character introduced by Shayne Topp in Try Not To Laugh Challenge 141 w/ @danielthrasher.

Characteristics

The Bystander is portrayed in a leather trench coat, with ashy blonde hair and sporty sunglasses. He is usually seen holding a rather small disposable coffee cup or enters with the cup to then throw it. He is a man of few words, constantly suspiciously lurking and staring and usually communicates only through written letters. He is implied to be in a relationship with Gerald Cakes.

• On the second occasion the Bystander is seen, he communicates through a note that reads "PISS? ☐YES [Si] ☐NO [NO] ☐SHIT".^[1]

• The Bystander torments Angela the most, appearing at random times behind her, the camera crew, and more.
  • Angela, in the same episode, portrays the Bystander to get Shayne to laugh saying " Who ordered a cup of piss?", then takes the lid off of the disposable cup and mimics drinking out of it.
