Frank Yang is a character in System Shock 2. He was likely a technician.
Background
Yang was a basketball player in his free time, and he was acquainted with fellow player Alice Murdoch. Yang documented the persistent electrical issues in the basketball court.
During the takeover, Yang helped the Resistance set up the transmitter to send their warning to Earth. He hacked the art terminals throughout the deck to display fragments of the transmitter's alignment code. Soldier would later discover and use that code to disrupt XERXES.
Yang planned to send the transmission to Earth himself, but was intercepted and killed by the Many.
