Dexter "Dex" Manley is an American voice actor best known for numerous commercials and video games, including Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mario Superstar Baseball, and Backyard Basketball.
He voiced Jeff Ridenhour and several minions in Saw: The Video Game.
Career
Dex Manley appeared in several commercials for Microsoft, Boeing Company, Alaska Airlines, and others. He extensively worked for Nintendo, providing his voice for many Mario and Donkey Kong games. Furthermore, he voiced Barry DeJay and Buddy Cheque in the Backyard Sports series, often working with his Mario colleagues Jen Taylor and Samantha Kelly. Manley also lent his voice talent to the Star Fox series twice, voicing Falco Lombardi and Peppy Hare in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and ROB 64 in Star Fox: Assault.
He appeared as a host at the 2005 SIGGRAPH meeting, where he discussed voice acting topics. Manley is the president of Tenacious Media, a media and marketing company in Seattle, Washington. He is also a film actor, usually appearing in independent films and playing supporting roles.
