Agent Raymond is a character that first appeared in Red vs. Blue: Zero and is voiced by Noël Wiggins. He is the new rookie of Shatter Squad and is known as the “super cool tech guy”.

• Agent Raymond's armor consists of a Recon GEN1 helmet and Mark IV (Arcadia skin) body armor. His upgraded armor consists of a Recon GEN1 helmet helmet and Void Dancer body armor.
• On Twitter, director and writer Torrian Crawford stated that Red vs. Blue: Zero would have three black leads, one of them voiced by Noël Wiggins, thus confirming that Raymond is black.
