Cato is one of the many lares at Camp Jupiter.
The Heroes of Olympus
The Son of Neptune
At the senate meeting the day after the War Games, Cato strongly disagrees with the quest Mars gave Frank Zhang. He argues that it is absurd and points out that Frank is not even a full member of the legion. He states that the quest must be led by someone that has achieved centurion rank or higher, rather than some probatio. Reyna snaps at him, saying that they must obey the wishes of the god, meaning certain adjustments must take place.
As the senate meeting moves forward to talk about the quest, Cato snorts when Reyna mentions the first expedition to Alaska. He comments that they all know how well that expedition turned out, claiming that he and his lar companions remember the news of that.
