Aquilon

Aquilon is the Roman god of the North Wind and Winter. Aquilon is the Roman counterpart of Boreas.

The Lost Hero

Boreas transforms into his Roman aspect of Aquilon when Jason shows him his tattoo. Jason seems to recognize him better in his Roman aspect.

The House of Hades

Since the winter solstice he and his children have sided with the giants. Like most of the gods, his Greek and Roman forms are fighting for control.

Appearance

As Aquilon, Boreas is described as thinner, having a frosty laurel wreath, having no beard, holding a gladius at his side, and wearing a toga lined with purple. He still has purple wings.
