Toto is a youthful beauty with brown hair with a blue streak in it, purple eyes, light brown skin, and a voluptuous body. She is frighteningly beautiful and has an enchanting atmosphere.

Toto is mentioned to be strict and hates The Scales. She has a habit of smoking out of her golden smoke pipe.
