Serpicon is a giant girdled lizard-themed mutant. Serpicon is the final monster of Power Rangers Time Force.
History
Just like all other mutants, Serpicon was created as a result of a science accident. Before the events of the series he was captured by Time Force and frozen in the Cryo Prison.
In the thirty sixth episode Ransik released Serpicon and ordered him to attack the Cosmic Center of Silver Hills and activate the mechanism of self-destruction. Serpicon attacked the Cosmic Center with Cyclobots and tied all the scientists and employees working there.
However Trip and Circuit went to the cabinet to look for the manual control and hacked into the code stopping the self-destruct sequence.
Then Eric arrived and battled Serpicon. Serpicon fought the Quantum Ranger and despite being an excellent marksman, he was defeated and then he enlarged himself.
In his giant size he managed to overpower Quantasaurus Rex. The Rangers tried to shoot the mutant with their Vector Weapons, but he was invulnerable to their attacks and was about to attack the heroes, but Circuit distracted him and took the blast himself. Wes summoned the Time Jet and the heroes together attacked the villain by using it. Serpicon was finally defeated and frozen by the Quantasaurus Rex's Max Blizzard.

Personality
Despite being the last mutant to be hired by Ransik, Serpicon is cruel and destructive like his predecessors. He was shown to be determined to finish his mission and defeat the Rangers.

- Enlarging: Just like all other mutants, Serpicon is able to enlarge himself, using his seal patch.
Abilities
- Superhuman Strength: Serpicon possesses big physical strength, enough to battle Eric and even show some resistance to the Quantasaurus Rex.
- Superhuman Durability: Serpicon also possesses big durability as seen when multiple blasts from the Rangers' V-Weapons barely fazed him.
- Skilled Fighter and Marksman: Serpicon is also a skilled fighter and marksman.
