Chef Bug is a bug-cook themed mutant, who was mentioned by Ransik to Nadira. He was also seen as a cardboard cut-out, created by Wes, and on a poster in the prison, listed as "Extremely Dangerous".
History
Just like all the other mutants, Chef Bug was created in the result of the chemical accident in the chemical facility. He became a criminal and joined Ransik. Then he was captured by Time Force and frozen in the Cryo-Prison.
He never appeared in the series itself, he was only mentioned by Ransik to Nadira. He was also seen as a cardboard cut-out, created by Wes, and on a poster in the prison, listed as "Extremely Dangerous".

Chef Bug's personality is unknown. He never appeared in the series itself, and was only mentioned. But it can be assumed that he had criminal tendencies, such as robbing banks and was loyal to Ransik.
