Angelcon is an angel-themed mutant. The Rangers encountered him when they were trapped in Miracon's mirror dimension. Angelcon serves as the minor antagonist of the episode "Reflections of Evil".
History
It is little known about Angelcon. He is highly a mysterious mutant. The Power Rangers encountered him when they were trapped in Miracon's mirror dimension. Angelcon summoned Cyclobots to battle the Rangers. The Rangers defeated the Cyclobots and then fought the mutant. Angelcon fought Katie and used his lightning blasts. Katie dodged his attacks and then overpowered him with the Yellow Chrono Saber Strike. It is unknown if Angelcon actually existed and if he was ever captured.

Personality
Angelcon was cunning and intelligent mutant, who enjoyed battling the Rangers. He also demonstrated sort of politeness by greeting the Rangers.
