Tool

Tools are items that can be used with the "tool" button(s) in Phoenotopia and Phoenotopia: Awakening. They usually serve either combat purposes or exploration purposes, but a selected few can do both.

In Phoenotopia

All the tools in Phoenotopia are mandatory and obtained during the Main Story.

Combat Tools

Almost all the tools that are capable of dealing damage to enemies in Phoenotopia: Awakening are optional, with the exception of the few that return from Phoenotopia.

Remote Bombs Panselo Village Blueprint Creates an explosion
that deals 20 damage,
can be detonated manually
Kobold Blaster Repairing the
Broken Blaster
Shoots 5 pellets that deals 9 damage,
or an explosion that deals 25 damage

Exploration Tools

Almost all the exploration tools in Phoenotopia: Awakening are optional, with the exception of the music instruments used for unlocking certain gates guarded by Song Stones.

At the cost of some health,
instantly stores a charge for later use
or replenishes small amount of energy

Spheralis Pristine City (Cutscene)

Can be used to play Songs,
unlock Song Stone Gates,
and activate certain Ancient's panels
