Charlie

Charlie (12 May[1]) is a teenager who lives in Camena and appears in Oxenfree II: Lost Signals.

Biography

Charlie was born into a family of three: his parents and her older sister, who is thirteen years older, making Charlie feel like an only child. According to Maria, his parents only wanted one kid, and Charlie knows that.[2]

Before hanging out with Olivia, Charlie and Violet were friends with Maria, with whom Charlie hosted the Camena High School Radio Station.[3] Now, they barely see each other, hence why Maria is mad at Olivia. According to Maria, Violet does whatever Olivia says, and Charlie has a crush on her, which makes Maria jealous.[4]

Charlie and his friends met Jacob on an Internet forum without knowing each other's real identities. Due to the knowledge that Maggie Adler taught him, he learned how to tune the radio to talk to dead people, and told Olivia, Charlie, and Violet how.[5] In the events of the game, Olivia wants to use this information to communicate with her parents, thanks to the Blue Moon,[6] and with the help of Charlie and Violet.

Despite Olivia being part of Parentage, a cult focused on the moon, Charlie and Violet do not share the same belief.

Appearance

Charlie has dark hair in a buzzcut. He wears a jacket with multiple patches.

Personality

Charlie is into interior design and ice hockey.[7] He believes that there is nothing after death.[8]
