Fe-chan (full name is unknown) is a high-school student at the Tokisadame Highschool. She is part of the Trio group which includes Weboshii and Misato Tachibana; two of her best friends.
Appearance
Fe-chan has strawberry blonde hair and is usually seen wearing the standard school uniform. At home, she can be seen wearing pink pajamas with red polka dots.

Fe-chan is an extremely sunny girl and is usually in an extremely good mood. She tries to only see the good side of life but often fails at it because of her clumsy and klutzy nature. She is very curious and outspoken, but her loose tongue often gets her into trouble.

Weboshii
When Misato is not around, they always plays a riddle game of hers, and spend time together. They like to watch Misato, without her knowing, interacting with Koujirou. They are entertained and flabbergasted at the ordeal, by the way Misato is unable to admit her infatuation, and the weapons she shoots at him.
Misato Tachibana
Just like with Weboshii, both of them try to give Misato advice for Koujirou, encouraging her to pursue him.
