SCENE 1 | In the morning, Baby Bear reveals Telly has slept over at his cottage last night and now they are about to have breakfast. Papa Bear has prepared a special meal for Telly’s presence, but Telly points out the meal looks like the ordinary porridge the Bear family eats all the time. The family explains that it’s Papa Bear’s famous honey porridge. Papa Bear explains to them that bears love honey because of instinct and tells them about his great-grandfather Jebediah Bear, who’d climb trees to get honey from beehives. Telly thinks he may not like the porridge because he’s never tried honey and he's not a bear, but he tries it anyway and finds he loves it! |

However, he can’t remember where to find honey until he flashes back to this morning and recalls the story of Jebediah Bear. He heads to the park to find a beehive, with a concerned Telly following. |
