Wood Ninja, known as Green Shinobi (グリーンシノビ Gurīn Shinobi) in Japan, is the Tribe On form of Mega Man after he obtains the power of the ancient OOPArt Ninja.
Appearance
Wood Ninja holds the Star of Ninja in his right hand, his whole body is colored green, having compacted design and steel joints, which fits the ninja theme it was based on. This allows for fast and stealthy movements and attacks.
Abilities
Wood Ninja is a traditional shinobi, using stealth and speed to deal quick, deadly strikes to delete his enemies. He makes use of clones to mimic a clan of ninjas attacking its targets, relying on fast hitting strikes and counterattacks to overwhelm all opposition.
- Anti Damage: Up + Y allows Mega Man to counter incoming attacks with a body double wood-element sword attack. 30 damage.
- Can charge a non-dimming card to pierce Invis and gain Auto Lock On.
- Wood cards +20 attack
- Charge Shot: Shinobi Shuriken (aka Shinobi Star). Non-elemental. Fire three Shinobi Shuriken with Buster Attack x 0.5 power for each shot. Has Sword attribute.
- LFB: Demon Flurry (aka Fuumashippujin)
Double Tribes
The Double Tribe form with OOPArt Ninja as the main keeps the original helmet, legs and chest armor, but changes the colors, Buster and whole arms armor to the other Tribe.
Ninja Zerker
Ninja Zerker, known as Shinobi Berserk (シノビベルセルク Shinobi Beruseruku) in Japan, is the Double Tribe form with OOPArt Zerker.

- Charge Shot: Thunder Slash
- LFB: Elemental Blade: Performs the Thunder Bolt Blade, slashing from side-to-side twice and then striking downward with the Sword of Zerker, causing elec damage. Upon the third strike, the usual thunderbolt is replaced with a small, wood-element tornado, causing wood damage 4 times to enemies in the 3x3 area in front of Mega Man. If there is an enemy in the same column as Mega Man, he will dash to that enemy and strike from there.
Ninja Saurian
Ninja Saurian, known as Shinobi Dinosaur (シノビダイナソー Shinobi Dainasō) in Japan, is the Double Tribe form with OOPArt Saurian.

- Can charge a non-dimming card to pierce Invis and gain Auto Lock On.

- LFB: Enma Gale Garrison: Mega Man performs the Demon Flurry, creating clones of himself and throwing shuriken in a 3x3 area at the back of the field, but also mixing both green and red shuriken which represent the wood and fire elements. This attack hits each enemy in the targeted area twice (one for each element).
Battle Card
Muramasa, known as Muramasa Blade () in Japan, is a Battle Card with a picture of Wood Ninja. Much like its Battle Chip predecessor, Muramasa deals damage equal to the amount of HP the user has lost. Its damage is capped at 500 and it hits 2 panels deep.
It can be obtained by using a Wave Command Code on a Blank Card in Mega Man Star Force 2 and appears as an Illegal Card in Mega Man Star Force 3.

Rockman the Shooting Star Tribe
Wood Ninja is a character in the manga. He is a survivor from the Shooting Star Rockman Tribe that was forced to work for Rogue and fights against Thunder Zerker in the Mu continent. He joins Thunder Zerker after his defeat.
