Thunder Zerker, known as Thunder Berserk (サンダーベルセルク Sandā Beruseruku) in Japan, is the Tribe On form of Mega Man after he obtains the power of the ancient OOPArt Zerker.
Appearance
Thunder Zerker caries the large Sword of Zerker, which now blazes with electricity. The main color scheme is silver and yellow, topped with additional metallic armor parts. The buster head emits a green aura, and is designed like a knight's helmet.
Abilities
Thunder Zerker is an adept and brutal warrior, striking down his enemies with powerful, stunning attacks with the Sword of Zerker.

- Charge Shot: Thunder Slash. Create a paralysis-inducing, Elec-element shockwave with Buster Attack x 10 power.

Double Tribes
The Double Tribe form with OOPArt Zerker as the main keeps the original helmet, legs and chest armor, but changes the colors, Buster and whole arms armor to the other Tribe.
Zerker Ninja
Zerker Ninja, known as Berserk Shinobi (ベルセルクシノビ Beruseruku Shinobi) in Japan, is the Double Tribe form with OOPArt Ninja.
Abilities

- Up + Y allows Mega Man to counter incoming attacks with a body double wood-element sword attack.
- Charge Shot: Shinobi Shuriken (aka Shinobi Star)
- LFB: Elemental Blade: Performs the Thunder Bolt Blade, slashing from side-to-side twice and then striking downward with the Sword of Zerker, causing elec damage. Upon the third strike, the usual thunderbolt is replaced with a small, wood-element tornado, causing wood damage 4 times to enemies in the 3x3 area in front of Mega Man. If there is an enemy in the same column as Mega Man, he will dash to that enemy and strike from there.
Zerker Saurian
Zerker Saurian, known as Berserk Dinosaur (ベルセルクダイナソー Beruseruku Dainasō) in Japan, is the Double Tribe form with OOPArt Saurian.
Abilities

Aqua - Train Combo: Can charge several non-dimming cards and use all of them consecutively without inducing flinching.

- Charge Shot: Dino Cannon
- LFB : Vanishing Blazer: Performs the Genocide Blazer, which has been charged with both the elec and heat elements, hitting each enemy twice (one for each element) as he sweeps it across the field.
Battle Card
Warrior Soul, known as Warrior Blood (ウォリアーブラッド) in Japan, is a Battle Card with a picture of Thunder Zerker, apparently representing the power of the Zerker tribe. When used, Mega Man gains Super Armor and the Mega Buster stats are maximized, but in exchange he is affected by a HP Bug. It can be obtained by using a Wave Command Code on a Blank Card in Mega Man Star Force 2 and appears as an Illegal Card in Mega Man Star Force 3.

Rockman the Shooting Star Tribe
Thunder Zerker is the main character from the manga. Instead of being a transformation from Mega Man, Thunder Zerker is a survivor from the Shooting Star Rockman Tribe that goes to the continent of Mu to face Rogue, the responsible for destroying his tribe when he was young. In the continent of Mu he finds other survivors from his Tribe, Wood Ninja and Fire Saurian, and they join forces to defeat Rogue.
