Giga Chips are the most powerful Battle Chips in the Mega Man Battle Network series. With this division being introduced in Mega Man Battle Network 3, they are all version-exclusive (except others mentioned in the list below), and cannot be traded. Players can only have one Giga Chip in their folder, and the only way to put more in is to use the Navi Customizer Program Giga Folder +1. They are known for being able to unleash outrageous damage and effects in battle, causing the reason for their limitation.

- Gregar's Heat Breath in its Giga Chip is colored purple, like that of Gospel's, when it should have been red.
- Bug Rise Sword and Bug Death Thunder are the two signature moves of Bugriser in the manga.
- The Phoenix Giga Chips are the only ones to come from the series crossover with Duel Masters.
