Drakonfly,[1] also known as Dragonfly,[2] known in Japanese as Dragonbeetle (ドラゴンビートル), is a DRF-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description
Drakonfly is based on a dragonfly and is yellow and green in color. He is a flying-type Medabot who Robattle-wise, uses Press attacks. Since his parts have the Gravity attribute, Drakonfly is best used with the Bear Medal in earlier games.

Drakonfly is found in at Mt. Odoro, where he is used by Hermits.

Though he is commonly encountered in many areas, Drakonfly is mostly at Mt. Odoro and Fuyun Fortress.

In the anime
In "Ban All Medabots", a Drakonfly is owned by a Riverview Junior High student and is among the Medabots that fought the Rubberobo Gang's Noctobats.
In the episode "Skyward, Yo!", the Rubberobo Gang sends Drakonfly to stop Kailey's biplane, who was chasing them after their stole her Femjet. To counter Drakonfly, Dr. Aki lends Ikki an aero part so Metabee can fly, but Metabee has trouble learning to use it. Drakonfly's attacks made Ikki fall from the plane, but Metabee catches him. However, Drakonfly damages Metabee's aero part and they would fall to their doom if it wasn't for an inactive Femjet falling near them while they also declined a rescue offer from the Phantom Renegade. Metabee reactivates Femjet, and with her help he is able to defeat Drakonfly, obtaining his right arm.
Drakonfly's attacks are depicted as energy projectiles fired from his arms, the parts acquired screen in the end noting that his right arm has the Gravity ability and Shoot action.
In the English dub, his model type is DRF-4186.
