Stormtroopas are a variant of Koopa Troopas which only appear in the The Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode "Star Koopa."

Etymology

Their name is a play on Stormtroopers from the Star Wars franchise, with the "-troopa" spelling being taken from Koopa Troopa.
