Reo (aoen)

Reo (Korean: 레오; Japanese: 礼央) is a Japanese trainee under YX LABELS. He placed seventh on the reality survival show Oen-High, making him a member of the debut lineup of the upcoming boy group aoen. He is a former member of the pre-debut boy group 24kumi.

He is best known for participating in the reality survival show Oen-High.

Career

2023-2025: 24kumi, Oen-High

On October 24, 2023, Reo was announced as a member of 24kumi, the upcoming boy group under HYBE Labels Japan (now known as YX LABELS).^[1] However, 24kumi disbanded in early 2025.

On February 2, 2025, Reo was announced as one of the 11 participants of the audition program titled Oen-High.^[2] The results of a public fan voting for the final two members of aoen were announced during a live broadcast of Nippon TV's show DayDay. which revealed he ranked 7th overall, thus making him a part of the debut lineup.

• His MBTI personality type was INTP but later changed into ISFP.^[1][3]
• His catchphrase is "despite his puppy-like looks, he has a great ability to digest concepts."^[4]
• The animals that resemble him the most are squirrels and rabbits. However, in his opinion, he looks more like rabbits.^[3]
• His charming point is his ever present smile. Even when he isn't purposely smiling, the corners of his mouth go upwards.^[3]
• He has a bear keychain in his bag that he considers precious to him.^[3]
• According to him, Yuju cooks a lot for the trainees. His favorite from Yuju's dishes is the condensed milk toast.^[3]
• The position he can't give up on for someone else is the vocal position.^[3]
